I have been in Wyoming for almost three years now and I have never been so happy. The deer and the antelope really do play. A lot. They're everywhere. Buffalo roam in the park in the middle of town, although there are only a few. Eggs come from real chickens, but you have to buy them at the bar (the eggs, not the chickens) Cowboys tip their hats to you on the street and the women are quick to say hello as well. There is almost no crime, but if you got caught cheating at poker, there would most likely be a shooting. Given the fact that nearly everyone carries a gun, that's not so surprising. What is surprising, at least to me, is that people dress up so much. There's some sort of formal event at least three times a year. I have used up my collection of ball gowns already and had to go deep into storage to find a couple from the 80s so I can go retro for the next soirées. All I gotta say is, Yippee!
